Alexia Potamitou
Clinical Dietitian & Co-Founder
Alexia was born in Athens and raised in Nicosia, Cyprus. She began her studies in Medicine in Germany but later followed her passion for health and nutrition in the U.S., earning a degree in Food and Nutrition. For nearly 15 years, Alexia has specialized in private dietetics, supporting clients with issues like IBS, diabetes, hypertension, weight management, and menopause. Recently certified as a menopause practitioner, she believes in a personalized approach to health.
Her core values—love, forgiveness, and choice—guide her work and relationships.
She is the author of three nutrition books and a children’s book, and a
dedicated advocate for health and women's well-being.
Alexia is the proud mother of Nicholas, a 9-year-old hero who bravely battled Ewing sarcoma until October 24, 2023, and Theodora, her strong 11-year-old daughter. She lives by Nicholas’s motto: “Every breath counts.”

Chef Neo is a young, passionate chef who brings a unique blend of culinary artistry and wellness knowledge to the table. With a background in physical education and experience in some of London’s most prestigious Michelin-starred kitchens—Hide, Pied à Terre, Story Cellar, and Restaurant Story—he has mastered the art of using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients to craft exceptional dishes.Driven by a desire to make healthy food exciting and accessible, Neo combines his knowledge of nutrition and movement with innovative cooking techniques to create meals that are both nourishing and full of flavor.
